Student Discipline, Grooming Standards & Training Guidelines
1. General Discipline
- Students must maintain professional behavior at all times. Respect towards faculty, staff, and fellow students is mandatory. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or indiscipline will result in strict action.
2. Attendance Policy
Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory.
Students failing to meet attendance criteria:
- May not be allowed for exams
- May not receive certification
3. Grooming Standards (Aviation Protocol)
Students must follow aviation industry grooming standards.
4. For Male Students:
- Clean shave or well-trimmed beard
- Formal attire (shirt, tie, trousers, formal shoes)
- Neat hairstyle
Improper grooming may lead to denial of class entry.
5. For Female Students:
- Formal attire (business suit / saree as prescribed)
- Light professional makeup
- Hair neatly tied
Improper grooming may lead to denial of class entry.
6. Uniform Policy
Wearing academy uniform (if applicable) is mandatory during training.
Uniform must be:
- Clean and Ironed
- Complete with ID Card
7. ID Card Requirement
Students must carry ID card at all times. Entry to campus or class may be denied without ID.
8. Code of Conduct
Strictly prohibited:
- Use of mobile phones during class (unless permitted)
- Use of abusive language or behavior
- Bullying, harassment, or discrimination
- Smoking, alcohol, or drugs within premises
Violation may lead to:
- Suspension
- Termination without refund
9. Punctuality
Students must report on time for all sessions. Late entry may not be permitted. Repeated lateness will be treated as indiscipline.
10. Academic Integrity
No cheating, plagiarism, or unfair practices. Assignments must be original work. Violations may lead to disqualification.
11. Training & Safety Compliance
Students must follow all safety procedures and emergency instructions. Aviation safety culture must be strictly respected.
12. Use of Infrastructure
Classrooms, simulators, and equipment must be used responsibly. Any damage caused intentionally must be compensated by the student.
13. Digital Learning Rules
Login credentials must not be shared. Online classes must be attended with discipline. Recording sessions without permission is prohibited.
14. Examination Rules
Students must carry an ID card and arrive on time. No malpractice is allowed during exams.
15. Placement Conduct
Students must maintain professional behavior during interviews and proper documentation. Misconduct may lead to removal from placement support.
16. Leave Policy
Leave must be informed in advance and supported by a valid reason. Excess leave may affect certification.
17. Communication Protocol
All official communication will be through:

Students must stay updated regularly.
18. Anti-Ragging Policy
The academy follows a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging. Any violation will lead to immediate termination and legal action if required.
19. Termination of Enrollment
The academy reserves the right to terminate a student for:
- Misconduct
- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of rules
20. Amendments
Rules may be updated as per industry requirements and legal guidelines. Students will be informed of changes.
21. Declaration
