1. Legal Framework

This Refund Policy is governed by:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000 (for online payments)

The academy follows fair trade practices, transparency, and non-exploitative fee structures as expected under Indian law.

If a student withdraws before the batch start date, refund may be approved after deducting:

  • Registration fee (non-refundable)
  • Administrative charges (10%–25%)

B. After Course Commencement

No refund will be issued once:

  • Classes have started
  • Learning materials / LMS access is provided
  • Student has attended any session

C. Exceptional Cases (Conditional Refund)

Refund may be considered (partially) in:

  • Medical emergencies (with valid documents)
  • Relocation due to unavoidable circumstances
  • Other genuine cases evaluated by management

Final decision rests with the academy management.

4. Non-Refundable Components

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Registration / Admission fee
  • Study materials / uniforms / kits
  • Certification or exam fees (paid to external bodies like IATA, if applicable)
  • Any third-party service charges

5. Instalment Payment Policy

Students opting for instalments must complete full payment as per agreed schedule.

Failure to pay:

  • May result in suspension
  • Fees already paid will not be refunded

6. Cancellation by Academy

If the academy cancels a course, students will receive:

  • Full refund
  • OR
  • Option to transfer to another batch

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.

Refunds will be made via:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer

8. Online Payment & Digital Refunds

All digital transactions comply with RBI guidelines and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.

9. No Job Guarantee Clause

Fees are for training only.

Refund claims based on:

  • Job placement failure
  • Salary expectations

will not be accepted.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to refunds will fall under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Matters shall be handled as per Indian legal procedures.

11. Policy Acceptance

By enrolling, the student acknowledges understanding of refund terms and agrees not to dispute charges outside policy conditions.
