This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and jurisdiction shall lie in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The institute shall comply with all applicable education, commercial, and local authority regulations.

- The academy is a training institute and not a university or degree-awarding body. Certifications provided are industry-oriented and professional training certifications. The institute shall not falsely claim government recognition unless officially approved.
3. Admission Policy

4. Fees & Payment Terms
